Dance therapy..? What exactly is that?

Well, dance therapy is an alternative therapy used in those who suffer from physical or mental problems such as depression, aggression, anxiety, and abuse. Dancing incorporates different movements of the body in a variety of ways. By getting up and moving, we can keep stress levels down, prevent diseases, and improve mood levels. Who knew there could be so many changes physically and mentally in an activity we all love?
