More then halfway through the semester, work is piling up, major assignments are being turned in and the weather is getting nice! I know what you’re all thinking, but my body is not ready for summer and I am too stressed to exercise. Did you know that exercise actually reduces stress and stimulates the the formation of new brain cells? This video is very informative! It discusses cortisol levels (the stress hormone) and how exercising helps decrease cortisol levels. I hope you enjoy the video as much as I did !
