Its pretty cold outside today ! I know I did not workout today. It was enough to get me to leave the house. However there are still some things you can do while staying home in your warm and cozy house. Staying in the house can also make you feel depressed or sad. Just doing these few workouts will help increase your mood. Best part is? They can be done while watching your favorite T.V show! All you need is a decently open space! Below is the think! I know it says it is a lazy girl workout, but guys can do it also!
