Happy Sunday everyone! This weekend as everyone knows was St. Patricks Day weekend. I think it is safe to say everyone is probably struggling after enjoying their weekend a little too much, myself NOT included. So how do you start this week off on the right track? Go to bed early tonight, get a good nights sleep, and get a good workout in tomorrow morning. Below is a picture I found that I really liked. It lists different things to do on Monday that prepare you for a good week. Exercise being included ! Starting your week out with some of these things prepares you mentally and physically to attack the week head on!
