I think this picture is a really accurate picture of what depression actually feels like. I remember going through this and it was the lowest point of my life. But people should always know that there is help out there!
This is interesting because the picture really does break down how those with depression feel. They have much more inside of them than just being sad and I think this picture really describes that.
This picture is actually very insightful because someone close to me has experienced depression before and it helps me understand what exactly she goes through and that it’s not just continuous sadness but so much more.
